I am originally from the small, but first state, Delaware! I found my passion for college access during my time as a student at the University of Delaware, where I was a tour guide, diversity enrichment leader, and a multicultural recruitment counselor. After graduating in 2013, I moved to Maryland where I continued my higher education journey at the University of Maryland, College Park. While there, I obtained my Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration in 2017. Being the first in my family to both complete my Bachelor's and Master's programs has opened my eyes to the importance of increasing access to higher education!
Outside of my professional passion, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 dogs, Kaine and Marley, going to the gym, traveling around the world (as I am trying to collect as many stamps as I can), and I love to cook and eat! I also love living in Charm City and not being too far from the nation's bustling capital, while I continue to experience and learn new things.
